Authentic Hanoi Boutique Hotel

This place is pleasant and fairly clean with an awesome view over the lake.

Comfortable bed in deluxe room with a safe box, a minibar, and central heating. Hospitable and helpful staff always on hand.

Location: the hotel was just off many restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, a nearby supermarket, and the Water Puppet Theatre, the market and everything, from shopping to food. The atmosphere created was cosy. The room was well-appointed, and it had a fridge, an electric kettle, and an air conditioning that were useful.

This venue has kind staff and amazing food, with a lovely restaurant and beautiful decorations, making it a perfect way to wrap up the weekend.

The staff were very friendly and the room was great as was the location. Good value for money.

The suite was very clean,and comfortable, good location

On arrival they did not give us a suite , they gave us a room and we had paid for a suite . I had to insist and they eventually gave us a suite !

Excellent stay, pleasant place. Spotlessly clean unit with an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware. Great and perfect location, walking distance to everywhere. Walking distance to a night market and a market across the street.

It's situated in a great building with a convenient and prime location in the heart of the Old Quarter.

The personnel was fantastically friendly. the hotel was in a particularly good location near a lake and the bay. the bed was extremely comfy and the bathroom was clean. the view was particularly nice, and the service was terrific!

The breakfast was great with a huge variety of food and soft drinks. the hotel is in a brilliant location near the central lake. Convenient proximity to attractions such as the French Opera House, Ba Be waterfall, Nhat Tan Bridge, and the colorful city skyline.

The room was immaculately clean and budget-friendly, with a comfortable bed and good WiFi. the breakfast offered nice options like fresh bread, fruit, and cheese. the hotel is located in a central area, near the Old Quarter.

The hotel is located in a great spot, really close to all the action. You can easily walk around the area and there are plenty of cafes along the road to choose from. the hotel is also so close to the Lake, which is a bonus. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was really delicious.

The hotel had a few mosquitoes in some areas, which was a bit of a nuisance at times.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, as it's close to all the action of this city, including the bustling streets and the beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and I was impressed by the hotel facilities, such as the excellent air conditioning system and the variety of TV channels. The staff was also friendly and helpful, providing seamless check-in and check-out, as well as tourist information and transportation requests.
